Flagstaff has been showing us what a beautiful place it is in the summer. I know we would all appreciate some rain, but nonetheless, you can’t help but brag about how awesome our summers are to tourists popping into our offices asking about Flagstaff real estate. A couple of things to be aware of these days... though our fire season has been moderate, we are still seeing insurance companies pull out of our area or raise their rates tremendously. Be sure your buyer clients are getting insurance quotes within their inspection period and let your current clients know this is happening. Another thing we have been warned about from our insurance partners; if you have a claim on your homeowners insurance it is almost impossible to get a new policy. Please make your clients aware of this when they are thinking about changing their insurance company. The barriers to homeownership keep coming and it has been hard for us and our clients. Keep your heads up and keep persevering. This business is a tough one, but we are here for a reason. Now is the time to prove that reason!

Member Participants and Subscribers must use an approved key, i.e., the Supra Lockboxes in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the Supra Keyholder Agreement (the “Supra Agreement”) or in addition to these additional policies. Any violation of a rule contained in this entire Section 2, excluding Section 2 G 3 and 2 G 5, is a Category II violation as described in Section 9.4.3 and carries a fine. Any violation of Section 2 G 3 and 2 G 5 is a Category IV violation as described in Section 9.4.4 and carries a fine.
