It’s that time of year when people flock to check out our amazing Northern Arizona. This is the time that we get to shine and share our knowledge of Flagstaff because we are some of the most knowledgeable when it comes to what is happening with our community. While this is a great privilege it also comes with responsibility. I implore you all to make sure the information you are giving out is correct information. We have a lot of changes that will be coming to Flagstaff but a lot of decisions that still need to be made. Let’s all do our due diligence when it comes to giving information. I am so honored to be surrounded by the likes of the most knowledgeable humans around. Keep up the good work!!

Your participation supports the REALTOR® Party. Your investment in RAPAC safeguards your business and helps protect our industry as a whole.
Contributions to RAPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal or otherwise affecting your membership rights. 70 percent of each contribution will be sent to Arizona PAC for state and local activities. Contributions to National RPAC are charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C 441a. Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes.

NAAR's Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee encourages members to draw the connection between Pride Month and Juneteenth in the context of real estate, underscoring the importance of intersectionality in social justice movements. It reminds us that the fight for equality encompasses diverse communities and requires a comprehensive approach. Recognizing and addressing the historical injustices that have affected both the LGBTQ+ community and African American communities is crucial for creating a more just and equitable, diverse, and inclusive real estate landscape.

Regarding SECTION 1.11: SECURITY OF PROPERTY: The Listing Brokerage must not put combination lockbox codes or security system codes in any field of the NAMLS System. An infraction of this rule is a Category III violation as described in Section 9.4.2 and carries a fine.
