October 2023 Newsletter

I know being a REALTOR® isn’t easy right now. There are articles and news stories putting us in a bad light with what is happening at the National level. There are lawsuits happening that will, likely, change the way we do business. The interest rates are high, scaring buyers, and there are minimal listings that are sitting longer than they have in previous years. Your Board of Directors is feeling these same things and can empathize AND we are here to help!!

We are working hard to provide support to help all of you where it is needed. If there is anything we can do to help through these and future trying times we are here. As I have traveled throughout the state and country these last few years, I am constantly reminded that our association is one of a kind. Our leadership, honestly, cares about the success and well being of all of the members. Let us help when/where you need it.

Congratulations to Arizona’s 2024 Local Presidents, including NAAR’s 2024 President Cody Bauer.

Congratulations to Gary Nelson who was awarded the 2023 Arthur Crozier Distinguished Service Award for his dedication and service to the Arizona Association of REALTORS®.
