School’s Out for Summer!! For those of us with young kids that means the fun dance of summer camps, kids coming to showings with us, and kids at the office. This makes me reflect and appreciate all the other people that help us do our jobs as REALTORS®. Please take some time to thank and show some love to the staff that works at your office. Next, let's take a moment to reflect on the staff that we all have in common, our association staff. Without Judy, Ventrice, and Shauntel, none of us would be able to sell real estate as we do. These ladies are always eager to help. They are there to help us when we are having trouble logging into the MLS. They are there to answer questions we have when entering and closing out listings. They are constantly coming up with programs and educational activities to help us all be better agents. We are so lucky at the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® to have such a strong and capable staff, a staff that truly cares about us. Take some time out of your day to give these amazing women some gratitude! It is amazing how showing gratitude for someone else can not only make their day but will help make yours as well.

NAAR RAPAC Silent Auction Rescheduled
The Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® will be hosting our first RAPAC Silent Auction online from Monday, June 26 – Friday, June 30, 2023. Please help us make this event successful by donating an item. Items can be donated by individual agents, brokerages, and affiliates.

Why invest in RAPAC?
RAPAC funds are used to build the future by putting dollars in places that will advance the interests of REALTORS®. Special thank you to NAAR's RAPAC Committee for highlighting some of the reasons why they've invested in 2023.
Contributions to RAPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal or otherwise affecting your membership rights. 70 percent of each contribution will be sent to Arizona PAC for state and local activities. Contributions to National RPAC are charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C 441a. Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes.
Request For Proposals (RFP) Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services
The Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® (NAAR) is requesting proposals from qualified and Arizona licensed commercial real estate brokerage firm(s).
This letter comprises the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Commercial Real Estate Broker Tenant Representative Services. Responses should be submitted in accordance with the instructions set forth in the below RFP.
2024 NAAR Board of Directors Nominations
We are excited to announce that it's time to start the process of nominating individuals for our Board of Directors. As valued members of our organization, we believe it's crucial to have dedicated individuals who are passionate about our mission and committed to shaping the future of our association.

MLS Rules and Regulations Reminder:
Regarding SECTION 1.11: SECURITY OF PROPERTY: The Listing Brokerage must not put combination lockbox codes or security system codes in any field of the NAMLS System. An infraction of this rule is a Category III violation as described in Section 9.4.2 and carries a fine.
